However, many deep dives are done without the necessary preparation and planning and are thus an uncontrollable safety risk. It is essential to have the right knowledge to plan your deep dives properly.

The SSI specialty programme Deep Diving provides four dives in a depth up to 40 meters/131 feet. You learn the introduction into the decompression theory and all necessary skills to do deep dives safely.

You train emergency decompression, breathing from different emergency-air-supplies as well as the controlled swimming ascent from the depth. SSI's DEEP DIVING course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience required to make these types of dives safely and comfortably and to enjoy the fascination of the deep underwater world.
